The consumer price index (CPI) in Armenia in the first four months of 2022 rose 7.4% compared to the same period of 2021, the National Statistical Committee (NSC) reported.
YEREVAN, May 25. /ARKA/. The consumer price index (CPI) in Armenia in the first four months of 2022 rose 7.4% compared to the same period of 2021, the National Statistical Committee (NSC) reported.
It said the consumer price index in April 2022 was up 8.4% compared to April 2021 and up 2.3% compared to March 2022.
According to the NSC, the prices of industrial goods in January-April 2022 increased by 10.8% compared to the same period in 2021. In April 2022 compared to April 2021, their prices increased by 9.7%, and dropped by 2.4% compared to March 2022. -0-
