The government of Armenia approved today a draft law on liberalization, promotion and mutual protection of investments between Armenia and Japan.
YEREVAN, October 18 /ARKA/. The government of Armenia approved today a draft law on liberalization, promotion and mutual protection of investments between Armenia and Japan.
The acting Minister of Economic Development and Investments Tigran Khachatryan said a relating agreement was signed on February 14, 2018 in Yerevan.
He said the agreement provides for the main provisions for the promotion and protection of investments, compensation for damage and the resolution of other disputes between the parties.
"This agreement will ensure favorable and equal conditions for mutual investments, guaranteeing full protection and security to investors of both countries in accordance with international standards," said Khachatryan. -0-
