Armenia to Receive €4 Million Grant from Austrian Development Agency for Agricultural Program in Two Regions

On Tuesday, Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan and a delegation of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), led by Director General Bernd Brünner, discussed the implementation of a grant program worth over €4 million for the development of the agricultural sector in Armenia.

On Tuesday, Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan and a delegation of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), led by Director General Bernd Brünner, discussed the implementation of a grant program worth over €4 million for the development of the agricultural sector in Armenia.
The three-year program is planned for the Ararat and Armavir regions, according to the press service of the Ministry of Economy. Its main goals are to increase the competitiveness of the seed industry, promote sustainable land management, and develop the organic sector.
According to the press release, the parties also exchanged views on prospects for further deepening and expanding cooperation with ADA in other areas.
