YEREVAN, July 25. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade in January-June 2025 slashed to $9,668.6 million, which is 45% lower than in January-June 2024, the National Statistical Committee reports.

In June of this year, compared to June last year, this figure was down 16.6%, and compared to May of 2025 it was up 9.4%.

The foreign trade turnover in Armenian dram equivalent amounted to about 3.8 trillion.

Exports from Armenia slashed by 52.8% compared to the same period in 2024, amounting to $3,775.6 million. In June, a 15.9% decline was recorded compared to June last year, while compared to May this year, an increase of 23.%.

In dram equivalent, exports in the reporting period amounted to 1,468.3 billion drams.

Imports amounted to $5,913 million, recording a decline of 38.6% compared to the same period in 2024. In June 2025 , imports decreased by 17.1% over the year, and increased by 0.9% over the previous month.

In dram equivalent, imports stood at 2,313.5 billion drams. ($1 - 383.94 drams).-0-
