In 2025, Armenia's top 1,000 taxpayers contributed a remarkable 1.95 trillion drams in taxes and customs duties to the state budget, a significant increase from 1.77 trillion drams in 2024, as reported by the State Revenue Committee.

YEREVAN, January 26. /ARKA/. In 2025, Armenia's top 1,000 taxpayers contributed a remarkable 1.95 trillion drams in taxes and customs duties to the state budget, a significant increase from 1.77 trillion drams in 2024, as reported by the State Revenue Committee.

This means that in 2025, these taxpayers paid 173.5 billion drams more, reflecting a growth of 9.79% compared to the previous year. In the past year, the tax authority successfully collected 1.58 trillion drams, marking an increase of 141 billion drams or 9.8% from 2024, while the customs authority garnered 366.2 billion drams, which is an increase of 32.5 billion drams or 9.75%.

Among the top ten taxpayers were Mobile Center Art (with payments of 77.86 billion drams), Grand Tobacco (66.12 billion drams), Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine (52.16 billion drams), Gazprom Armenia (43.24 billion drams), Ardshinbank (40.2 billion drams), Ameriabank (29 billion drams), Digitain (26.59 billion drams), International Masis Tabak (25.94 billion drams), CPS Energy Group (24.81 billion drams), and Soft Construct (23.78 billion drams).

It's important to highlight that the Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine, which had been the leading taxpayer in Armenia for the last four years, did not rank among the top 10 in the first quarter of 2025, fell to sixth place in the second quarter, but managed to reclaim a top three position (third place) in the third quarter.
