YEREVAN, August 29. /ARКА/. Armenia is keen on the effective operation of Eurasian integration mechanisms, which are crucial for ensuring the socio-economic stability of the nationб Maria Zakharova, the official spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, told a press briefing today.

"Armenian producers are experiencing the tangible advantages of being part of the EAEU and recognize the significance of having unrestricted access to the markets of EAEU countries, including Russia," Zakharova remarked.

She indicated that over the past decade, Armenia's trade with EAEU member states has surged nearly tenfold, and the country's economic growth rates were, until recently, among the highest globally.

As per Armstat, Armenia's foreign trade turnover with the EAEU in the first half of this year reached $1.4 billion, reflecting a decrease of 5.2% compared to the same period last year.-0-
