On Friday, Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan and Wizz Air Chief Commercial Officer Ian Malin discussed the launch of flights to Kazakhstan and Georgia and the establishment of a pilot training center.
YEREVAN, March 27. /ARKA/. On Friday, Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan and Wizz Air Chief Commercial Officer Ian Malin discussed the launch of flights to Kazakhstan and Georgia and the establishment of a pilot training center.
Khudatyan stated that Wizz Air is a reliable partner for the Armenian government, expressing hope for further expansion of its flight network, the ministry's press service reported.
Malin announced the launch of two new routes: to Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Brussels (Belgium).
Khudatyan proposed considering flights from Shirak Airport to Gyumri in the context of possible flights to Georgia.
Regarding the establishment of a pilot training center, the parties noted that this structure would be important not only for Wizz Air and Armenia, but also for pilots throughout the region.
