YEREVAN, December 19. /ARKA/. Alex and Holding plans to invest 31.1 billion drams in sugar production in Armenia.

According to the government's decision, the company will take advantage of a customs duty exemption.

The funds will be used to purchase raw materials. By 2028, the number of jobs is planned to increase from the current 762 to 880.

The value of the goods submitted for the exemption is 31.1 billion drams. The amount of the customs duty exemption is estimated at 23.8 billion drams. ($1 = 381.5 drams)
