Due to expected precipitation, water volumes in Armenia's rivers are forecast to increase significantly in the Voghji, Gorisget, Meghriget, Arpa, Debed, and Aghstev river basins on March 27-28, according to the Armenian Hydrometeorological Center.
YEREVAN, March 26. /ARKA/. Due to expected precipitation, water volumes in Armenia's rivers are forecast to increase significantly in the Voghji, Gorisget, Meghriget, Arpa, Debed, and Aghstev river basins on March 27-28, according to the Armenian Hydrometeorological Center.
Due to an active cyclone approaching from the south, periodic precipitation is expected in most regions of Armenia on March 27-28, including sleet in the mountains and rain in the foothills and valleys. This will be accompanied in some areas by low horizontal visibility and winds up to 14-17 m/s.
Intense precipitation is expected in Syunik and some areas of Vayots Dzor on March 27-28, and in Lori and Tavush on March 27-28.
