363 billion drams worth of "shadow" tax revenues were identified in Armenia in 2025, a 44% increase compared to 2024.
YEREVAN, February 10. /ARKA/. 363 billion drams worth of "shadow" tax revenues were identified in Armenia in 2025, a 44% increase compared to 2024. This was announced by Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, at a press conference on the 2025 results.
"124 billion drams worth of "hidden" taxes were also identified (a 29% increase compared to 2024). 37 billion drams were restored to the budget, a 4% increase compared to 2024. At the same time, the number of operational investigative actions was reduced by 22%," Hakobyan said.
He reported that the share of “digital” checks has increased to 40% (versus 7% in 2024) ($1 - 377.97 drams).
