In the company “South-Caucasian Railway” (SCR) Corporate Behavior Code for the employees is approved which defines the principles and norms of behavior of high officials and other employees
YEREVAN, November 30. /ARKA/. In the company “South-Caucasian Railway” (SCR) Corporate Behavior Code for the employees is approved which defines the principles and norms of behavior of high officials and other employees, interrelations within the company, as well as requirements towards interrelations between SCR and authorities, legal and physical entities.
Press-service of the company informs that corporate values of the company were announced in accordance with the given Code, particularly open and diligent relations with authorities, legal and physical entities, transparency of financial activity, clear and mutually beneficial relations with all the partners, provision of high quality services and their correspondence to world standards, search of ways to increase competitiveness and efficiency of rendered services.
The Code strictly prohibits any form of discrimination and protectionism in the company. Selection and appointment of the employees is implemented by considering their professional skills and personal qualities.
The document also envisages requirements towards interrelations between SCR and authorities, legal and physical entities, principles of solution of conflict of interests, measures targeted at maintenance and strengthening the image and reputation of the company.
Control of following the regulations of the Code, discussion of conflicts, disputes and contradictions is implemented by the commission of corporate ethics. It includes seven SCR employees with high reputation, necessary experience and dispute regulation skills.
CJSC “South-Caucasus Railway” is a 100% subsidiary of OJSC “Russian Railways” implementing concession management of CJSC “Armenian Railways” according to the Concession Agreement signed on February 13, 2008. Term of the concession is 30 years with the right of extension for another 10 years..-- 0 -
