Median nominal salary in Armenia in 2011 October grew by 6.4% from a year before to 114,402 drams, according to the latest umbers unveiled by the country’s National Statistical Service.

The median salary in public sector was said to have grown by 9.4% to 94,739 drams and in the private sector the median salary grew by 4% to 137,047 drams. The overall median wage in October this year was 0.3% higher than in September. ($1 – 383.95 drams). -0-
