Applications for advertisement placement on the reverse side of cash registers’ receipts in Armenia are being accepted until November 21, and a contest will be held a day later, the press service of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee reported on Friday.

YEREVAN, November 11. /ARKA/. Applications for advertisement placement on the reverse side of cash registers’ receipts in Armenia are being accepted until November 21, and a contest will be held a day later, the press service of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee reported on Friday.

On November 3, the government, wanting to support tax administration, decided to add other prizes to 15 cars which can be won via drawing on cash registers’ receipts to enhance people’s interest in getting receipts.

It was also decided to issue receipts with economic entities’ ads to fill the lottery’s prize fund with the money paid by advertisers.

The winners of the contest will be entitled to place ads on the back of cash registers’ receipts.

The lottery is held to lessen shady dealings.-0--
