"If consumers have a problem, for example, if they are not accepting returns on purchased clothing or if the delivered item is defective, they can visit our website, competition.am, or call the Commission and fill out a simple complaint," Gevorgyan said yesterday live on Public Television.
According to him, the only requirement is that citizens present a receipt for the purchased item.
The regulator also noted that the complaint is immediately forwarded to the business sector, and if the problem is not resolved within 14 days, the Commission will take over its resolution.
