YEREVAN, October 6. /ARKA/. The allocation of benefits to developers in the upcoming year will be contingent upon the effective organization of construction sites, stated today Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

"In the next year, we will evaluate the provision of various benefits to developers based on the documentation that verifies the proper enhancement of construction sites. Additionally, fee incentives for the extension of construction permits will be assessed in relation to the improvement of construction sites," Avinyan remarked during a working meeting at City Hall on Monday.

He further emphasized that developers whose construction sites are not adequately improved will not be eligible for any benefits.-0-
