VTB Bank (Armenia) has one more time cut the interest rates on mortgage loans making purchase of real estate more available for its customers, the bank’s press service reports.
YEREVAN, February 21. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) has one more time cut the interest rates on mortgage loans making purchase of real estate more available for its customers, the bank’s press service reports.
VTB Bank (Armenia) offers its customers the following favorable annual interest rates: for the purchase of housing the interest rates are from 8.9% to 13.7%. The interest rates on loans for repair / construction of homes range from 9.3% to 12.1%.
The down payment starts from 3%, The minimum loan term is 3 years and the maximum term is 30 years. Also, the minimum amount is one million drams and the maximum is 80 million drams.
The bank requires the least package of documents for formalizing loans. A preliminary decision on a loan is made as soon as possible - within 1.5 business days.
The terms for obtaining a mortgage loan are available on the Bank’s official website at www.vtb.am, at the Bank’s branches or by calling 87-87. Effective interest rate ranges between 10.2% 15%.
The Bank is supervised by the Central bank of Armenia. VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC became a member of VTB International Financial Group in April 2004. At present, VTB Bank PJSC, the second largest in Russia, owns 100% of the shares of VTB Bank (Armenia). ($ 1 - 478.37 drams). --0
