Three delivery services - Ber-Ber, Wildberries and H2H -suspected of violations in Armenia
YEREVAN, February 27. /ARKA/. Armenia's State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition suspects three delivery services operating in Armenia of misleading customers.
The Commission said in a press release today that it initiated legal proceedings against the national postal operator Haypost CJSC and a subsidiary Haypost USA Corp. (Ber-Ber service), Wildberries LLC and H2H LLC, on the grounds of unfair competition based on consumer complaints about the delivery terms.
The Commission fined Ber-Ber for the second time. H2H acknowledged the offense attributed to it and asked for an expedited proceeding.
Proceedings are pending against Wildberries and H2H LLC. Wildberries has also been fined almost AMD 13.5mln for not providing the information requested by the Commission.
The Commission recalled that in November 2022, it had already imposed a total fine of about AMD 83 million on Global Shipping LLC (Globbing), Onex LLC (ONEX) and the Haypost Group and Haypost USA Corp. (Ber-Ber service). ($1 to AMD 389.42). --0--
