Red Wings Airlines, a Russian regional airline based in Moscow Domodedovo Airport, announced today the launch of flights from Makhachkala, the capital of Russian republic of Dagestan to Yerevan, Armenia.

Red Wings to launch flights between Yerevan and Makhachkala

YEREVAN, November 14. /ARKA/. Red Wings Airlines, a Russian regional airline based in Moscow Domodedovo Airport, announced today the launch of flights from Makhachkala, the capital of Russian republic of Dagestan to Yerevan, Armenia.

The first direct flight between the capital is scheduled for December 6, 2022. The flights will be operated by modern SSJ100 aircraft with a capacity of 100 seats, the airline's website reported. The flights will be operated on Tuesdays, it said.

Red Wings already connects Yerevan with Russian cities Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Zhukovsky, Kazan, Mineralniye Vody, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Sochi and Chelyabinsk.

Red Wings is one of the ten largest Russian airlines, specializing in scheduled and charter passenger and cargo transportation. -0-
