YEREVAN, February 2. /ARКА/. The Office of Prosecutor General of Armenia has announced that Multi Leon LLC has been illegally using land in Yerevan for approximately 16 years.

Multi Leon (since May 11, 2023, Bardzrunk Group LLC) has been importing and selling compressed natural gas.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office, an investigation conducted by the Department for the Protection of State Interests revealed that the land plots leased by the company—on Admiral Isakov Avenue, at the intersection of Leninakan and Janibekyan Streets, on Tamantsineri Street, and in the area adjacent to Shirak Street—were not actually returned to the community after they were transferred to the ownership of the Yerevan community in 2010. It is noted that the company continued to use these plots without any legal basis.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated for abuse of office (Part 1, Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code).

The Prosecutor's Office also submitted a petition to the Yerevan Municipality requesting that it take measures to stop Multi Leon LLC's unauthorized use of land plots and buildings at the specified locations, which are community property, and to impose penalties for selling compressed natural gas without permission.-0-
