The Armenian Food Safety Inspectorate has mandated that Arzni Dairy Products LLC halt the production of three product types that were found to harbor pathogenic bacteria and yeast fungi.

YEREVAN, December 1. /ARKA/. The Armenian Food Safety Inspectorate has mandated that Arzni Dairy Products LLC halt the production of three product types that were found to harbor pathogenic bacteria and yeast fungi.

A laboratory analysis revealed that the facility is manufacturing unsafe food items.

For instance, the Rezhan 60% Milk Cream (manufactured on 06.11.2025), produced on November 6, 2025, was found to contain mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria.

Additionally, a milk-based product made using yogurt technology was discovered to have coliform bacteria, and the 9% Curd Cheese with Raisins was found to contain yeast fungi.

These items fail to comply with the standards set forth by the technical regulations of the Eurasian Customs Service.

As per the directive from the Head of the Inspectorate, the production of these items has been halted, and the company has been ordered to implement corrective actions within a designated timeframe.-0-n a specified timeframe.-0-
