Petrol and diesel fuel prices in Armenia rose by 18.4% and 48.7% respectively in May 2022 compared to May 2021, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

YEREVAN, June 3. /ARKA/. Petrol and diesel fuel prices in Armenia rose by 18.4% and 48.7% respectively in May 2022 compared to May 2021, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

It said petrol price fell by 0.4% in May 2022 compared to April 2022, while the diesel fuel price went up by 10.8%. Compared to December 2021, prices for petrol and diesel fuel grew by 0.5% and 30.5%, respectively.

Overall, according to statistical data, prices for non-food products in May 2022 grew by 6.8% compared to May last year and by 0.6% compared to April this year. -0-
