Petrol prices in Armenia fell by 28.9% and diesel fuel by 21.3% in in May 2023 compared to May 2022, according to the National Statistical Committee.

YEREVAN, June 5. /ARKA/. Petrol prices in Armenia fell by 28.9% and diesel fuel by 21.3% in in May 2023 compared to May 2022, according to the National Statistical Committee.

It said petrol and diesel fuel prices in May 2023 decreased by 0.5% and 1.1%, respectively, when compared to April of the same year.

Petrol and diesel fuel prices in April were down 16.2% and 9.6%, respectively, compared to December last year.

Overall, according to statistical data, prices of non-food products in May 2023 compared to May last year rose by 1.1%, and fell by 0.9% compared to April of 2023. -0-
