Nagorno-Karabakh to produce 20 tons of caviar a year

A company in Nagorno-Karabakh plans to produce up to 20 tons of caviar a year, Nagorno-Karabakh prime minister Araik Harutyunyan said to journalists.
YEREVAN, June 7. /ARKA/. A company in Nagorno-Karabakh plans to produce up to 20 tons of caviar a year, Nagorno-Karabakh prime minister Araik Harutyunyan said to journalists. He said the fish will be grown in Masis region of Armenia, while the final product will be produced by a plant in Mataghis, in Nagorno-Karabakh.
He said the locally-produced caviar has been examined by leading world caviar producers, whose representatives visited Nagorno-Karabakh and expressed their desire not only to help sell it , but also make investments.
According to the prime minister, this project is quite successful and is expected to reach production of 15-20 tons of black caviar a year in 6-7 years. -0-
