Exclusive offers and a mortgage portfolio of 365 billion drams: Ameriabank participates in TOON Expo exhibition in Yerevan
YEREVAN, March 27. /ARKA/. Ameriabank, the leader of the Armenian mortgage market, is participating in the largest and most comprehensive real estate and construction exhibition, TOON Expo, from March 27-29. This year, the exhibition has an investment focus.
At Ameriabank's stand, visitors will be offered a wide selection of mortgage loans on preferential terms, including loans for residential and commercial real estate purchases, renovations and construction, government-backed mortgages, and mortgages for compatriots from the diaspora.
About 200 companies from real estate, construction, and related industries from both the Armenian and international markets are represented at Toon Expo. This is the sixth edition of the exhibition, and the previous five editions have resulted in over $750 million in real estate sales.

Responding to a question from ARKA news agency, Gevorgyan noted that Ameriabank's mortgage portfolio currently exceeds 365 billion drams.
“Over the past year, we have managed to increase our mortgage portfolio by approximately 40 billion drams and maintain its good quality,” he said.

Investment Loans for International Transactions
According to Grigor Abajyan, Product Manager for Secured Collateral and Investment Loans at Ameriabank, the bank is also presenting its investment loan offering at the exhibition. "With this type of loan, individuals can purchase real estate or movable property abroad and generate additional income, including through rental income," he said.
Abajyan noted that this type of loan can also be used to purchase shares in companies in Armenia and abroad or otherwise invest in a business.
"This investment loan is available in three currencies: AMD (at a rate of 13.75%), US dollars (at a rate of 9.5%), and euros (at a rate of 8.5%)," he said.
The product manager also reported that over the past two years, these loans have increased Ameriabank's portfolio by 2.5 times.
