YEREVAN, May 7. /ARKA/. The Armenian government will consolidate tenders for road construction, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan said at a government meeting on Thursday.
According to him, road construction projects carried out as part of community-government cooperation programs are not always effective.
"We decided to consolidate the tenders to increase the productivity and motivation of large players," Terteryan said.
In particular, the small tenders will be combined into single packages of up to 150 million drams. He said due to coronavirus, the acceptance of applications is postponed from April to May, and all technical issues are extended until July.
