YEREVAN, April 19. /ARKA/. The Armenian Parliament has ratified today the Free Trade Agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and its member states on the one hand, and the Republic of Serbia, on the other.

The agreement was backed by 100 MPs, 1 voted against and 7 abstained. Deputy Minister of Economy Varos Simonyan said the agreement was signed in 2019 in Moscow.

He said three EEU member countries - Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan - have already concluded bilateral free trade agreements with Serbia. "All EEU member states will have access to a single market with the Republic of Serbia,' he said.

In his words, all EEU member states had already ratified the agreement. -0-
