Ameriabank continues offering innovative proposals in the financial market of Armenia, saying in a press release today that its latest offer enables opening of a bank account remotely in just five minutes.
YEREVAN, December 10 /ARKA/. Ameriabank continues offering innovative proposals in the financial market of Armenia, saying in a press release today that its latest offer enables opening of a bank account remotely in just five minutes.
It said residents of Armenia can become bank customers without visiting the financial institution by opening a SMART account for free. Simultaneously they can receive international Visa / MasterCard payment cards and online banking free of charge.
"Underscoring the need for development of remote banking services, Ameriabank continues to come up with new digital solutions. Having explored the behavior of the public on online sites, we decided to develop a service that makes basic banking services available in minutes with minimal data required. We decided to use selfies also in the banking sector, combining a fascinating activity with a useful business, ‘said Grigor Davtyan, Ameriabank Digital Line Director.
To open a SMART account, a client needs to have an identity document (passport or ID card), a social card, a smartphone with Internet access or a computer with a video card.
