Acba Bank is building new head office using unique architectural solutions (video)

YEREVAN, February 28. /ARKA/. The new head office of Acba Bank is being built with unique architectural solutions, traditional Armenian elements and high international standards.

The head office will consist of 7 floors and will have an area of about 13 thousand square meters. The owner and financier of the project is the bank's main shareholder Acba Federation, the construction company is the Italian Renco.

'Eighteen years ago this land plot was purchased by Stepan Gishyan, the former (deceased) CEO of Acba Bank. We planned to build the bank's head office here. The neighborhood is in a strategically important place, being the "door" to Yerevan city when arriving from Zvartnots airport. By building this new office, we want to tell our generations that we should all be attached to our homeland, build our future and personal happiness in our country. I assure you- go wherever you want, there is no better city than Yerevan, no better country than Armenia, and no better people than the Armenian people," said Hakob Andreasyan, CEO of Acba Bank.

"This project is the largest Renco project realized in Armenia. We approached it with great responsibility, realizing how important it is for the future of the bank. Our designers worked with the bank's team, we tried to combine modern and Armenian elements. Renco has been working in Armenia for 20 years, we have realized various projects here, but this building will be unique in its kind and will meet all international environmental standards," said Andrea Dellasanta, CEO of Renco Armenia.

"The project started four years ago. We presented the concept to the bank's management, the challenge was to build a unique building. After long discussions, this project was born, in which the soul was invested. The building complies with the international LEED certificate. It is the first building of such level in Armenia, and all environmental norms have been observed here, starting from water and energy saving, to air quality and creation of green zones," said Guido de Novelis, the chief architect of the project.
