The Foreign Policy Commission of the Council of States, the upper house of the Federal Assembly of Switzerland, has formally asked the government to take action at the UN Security Council to achieve the lifting of the blockade of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh by Azerbaijan), cessation of hostilities and organization of a humanitarian air bridge between Yerevan and Artsakh capital Stepanakert.
