Deadline for legalizing unauthorized constructions in Armenia extended until the end of 2026
Owners of unauthorized constructions have been granted another chance to register (legalize) them by December 31, 2026, as per amendments to the Civil Code that were passed by parliament in the first reading during an extraordinary session on Tuesday.
