Armenian parliament bans contract servicemen from using smartphones, participating in rallies and traveling abroad

By a vote of 60 to 28 abstentions the Armenian parliament on Thursday adopted a package of amendments to the Law on Disciplinary Regulations of the Armenian Armed Forces and a number of related laws, which aim to tighten discipline in military units.
