Russia-based billionaire of Armenian origin Nikolai Sarkisov, a co-owner of the RESO insurance group, said prominent Moscow-based business people of Azerbaijani origins declined his offer to recover the damages caused to Armenian businesses in Russia as a result of clashes between ethnic Azerbaijanis and Armenians last month.
