Pashinyan to France 24: Russian officials urged Armenian citizens to revolt and overthrow their governmen

In September and October 2023, when Azerbaijan attacked Nagorno-Karabakh making its entire ethnic Armenian population flee to Armenia, high-ranking Russian officials explicitly called on Armenian citizens to revolt and overthrow the government, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with France 24 on Thursday.
