Insurgents surrender leaving police regiment compound in Yerevan

Armenia’s national security service reported Sunday night that the police-gunmen standoff in Yerevan was over and the men who seized the police regiment compound two weeks ago surrendered to the police putting down their guns and leaving the seized area.
