Timeframe for unblocking transport links between Armenia and Azerbaijan not clear because of safety concerns - Overchuk

No one will put the safety of people and goods that would be transported along the railway connecting Armenia and Azerbaijan below a speedy signing of a document on unblocking transport links between the two countries, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk said.
