Profitability of Armenian pension funds reached 7.8% - Central Bank of Armenia

The profitability of Armenian pension funds is estimated at approximately 7.8%, Vigen Shahnazaryan, Head of the Securities Market Department of the Central Bank of Armenia, said in an interview with Public Television of Armenia.

VTB Bank (Armenia) offers maximized terms for deposits in Armenian drams

To maximize the terms and increase the profitability of its depositors, VTB Bank (Armenia) has raised interest rates on deposits in Armenia’s national currency, the dram, to 10% placed at least for a period of 12 months, the Russian-owned bank said in a news release today.
