In a phone call with President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Mirjana Spoljaric Egger on August 1, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan discussed the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh resulting from the illegal blockade of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan, the Foreign Ministry reported.
