The Armenian parliamentary committee on labor and social affairs has declined a draft law motioned by the opposition Hayastan (Armenia) alliance, which calls for raising the minimum wage from 68,000 to 100,000 drams.

No rise in minimum wage in 2017 – central bank
The minimum monthly salary in Armenia in 2016 will remain at the level of 55,000 drams ($114) and will not increase in 2017, the Central Bank said in its quarterly Inflation Report.
