"Armenia’s public educational system is unable to serve its economy. It was created years ago to serve the planned economy of the former Soviet Union and nothing has changed or has changed insignificantly since the disintegration of the Soviet Union 30 years ago,” Vahram Mirakyan, co-founder and chairman of the Mantashov Entrepreneurs Union, told a news conference today.
