Azerbaijan's blockade of Artsakh has genocidal aims: Lemkin Institute
The Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention said in a statement it was distressed by the news of the death of K. Hovhannisyan, 40, who died of starvation on August 15, 2023, as a direct result of the Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), as evidenced by reports from both the coroner and the medical examiner of the Republic of Artsakh.
