Human rights defender: Azerbaijani troops fortifying their new positions on Armenian territory
The Azerbaijani troops that crossed several sections of the border in May having advanced a few kilometers into Armenia’s Gegharkunik region have fortified their new positions having built large shelters, accumulating a large amount of firewood and concreting roads leading to their positions, Armenia’s human rights defender Arman Tatoyan said in a Facebook post.
