For security reasons entry procedure of foreign citizens to Artsakh has been updated

For security reasons, the entry procedure of foreign citizens to the territory of the Republic of Artsakh in the post-war conditions has been updated, the Artsakh Foreign Ministry said in comments on information that has recently appeared on various social platforms and in the press saying that foreign citizens have problems entering Artsakh and that Russian peacekeepers are hindering entry, allegedly due to a lack of permission from Azerbaijan.
