Armenia’s foreign affairs minister Edward Nalbandian had a tete-atete meeting on June 29 with the visiting foreign minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who is also the current OSCE chairperson-in-office. The meeting then proceeded in the extended format with the participation of delegations.
