Prime minister: yerevan state university into one of best universities of world

YEREVAN, October 6. / ARKA /. Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan considers that to transform the Yerevan State University into one of the best universities of the world there corresponding commitment and capabilities are present.

As the press service of the government, the Prime Minister said this on Saturday, during the joint solemn meeting of the Council and the Scientific Council of Yerevan State University, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Yerevan State University.

"I do not see any obstacles to you together with us have implemented such a bold and ambitious program. This is the way of prosperity of Armenia. If we do not have one of the world's best universities, we can not claim to be a competitive nation in the modern world,” Sargsyan said, pledging on behalf of the Government to assist in the implementation of this program. –0-
