Weak earthquake registered near Armenian NPP

An earthquake of 2.5 magnitude was registered today by Armenia’s national Seismic Service at 15:11 local time, 15 km north of the Armenian town of Armavir, the press service of Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
YEREVAN, March 11. / ARKA /. An earthquake of 2.5 magnitude was registered today by Armenia’s national Seismic Service at 15:11 local time, 15 km north of the Armenian town of Armavir, the press service of Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
"The strength of earthquakes in the epicenter was 3 points. The hypocenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers," it said in a statement
It said also weak tremors -2-3 points – were felt in the city of Metsamor, where the Armenian nuclear power plant is. -0-
